By placing an order with Al Muneef you agree to the terms below.

Orders

• Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch.
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or the address is unreachable.
• Providing a correct, reachable mobile number is your responsibility.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charge is ৳70 inside Dhaka City and ৳120 outside, added at checkout. For mobile banking you must submit a valid Transaction ID.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days inside Dhaka City and 2–5 working days elsewhere. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

Product images

We photograph products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always applies to new orders.
