3-day window

You may request a return or size exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How it works

• Contact us with your order number and photos of the product.
• We confirm the return and arrange pickup or share a return address.
• After inspection we ship the exchange or start the refund process.

Return shipping

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For size or preference exchanges, the customer covers the courier charge both ways.

Check before you pay

Please inspect the parcel in front of the delivery agent. Report visible damage immediately — that makes the process fastest for everyone.
