Return & Exchange Policy

3-day window

You may request a return or size exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel, provided the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How it works

• Contact us with your order number and photos of the product.
• We confirm the return and arrange pickup or share a return address.
• After inspection we ship the exchange or start the refund process.

Return shipping

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For size or preference exchanges, the customer covers the courier charge both ways.

Check before you pay

Please open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you can refuse or return it right there and we will replace it or refund you.

Once you have checked the product and accepted the delivery, a normal change-of-mind return is not accepted — only the exceptions listed above (manufacturing defect, wrong item, size exchange within 3 days) apply.
