Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. Call our hotline or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but repeated refusals may limit cash-on-delivery availability for that number in the future.

Advance payments

If you paid via bKash, Nagad or Rocket, the full amount is returned to the same number within 3–7 working days of cancellation.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order when stock is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable after repeated attempts, or the delivery address is outside our courier coverage. Any advance payment is refunded in full.
